Unique charity
Unique is a registered charity whose mission is to inform, support, and alleviate the isolation of anyone affected by a rare chromosome disorder, copy variant or single gene disorder associated with learning disability/developmental delay and to raise public awareness. Wherever you are in the world, you are not alone in this journey!
Genetic Alliance UK
Genetic Alliance UK is the largest alliance of organisations supporting people with genetic, rare and undiagnosed conditions in the UK. They advocate for fast and accurate diagnosis, good quality care and access to the best treatments. They run two long standing projects: Rare Disease UK and SWAN UK: (syndrome without a name – a genetic condition so rare it often remains undiagnosed).
